A a race organiser we have agreed to abide by all of the rules and codes of conduct set out by England Athletics for all events that we organise or participate in. Our Affiliation Number is 7693574.

We are based in Herefordshire but are able to travel nationally.

At present all races are timed using single use disposable chips.

Our aim is to have the full and final results list published within 24 hours of the event end. Often it is much sooner than this and preliminary results are available at the event.
